Ms. Sara Tidd is the newest associate attorney with our firm.
Ms. Tidd’s diverse legal background allows her to represent her clients skillfully and aggressively in both transactional and litigated matters. Prior to joining M Jones & Associates, PC, Ms. Tidd gained extensive experience representing individuals and corporations in a variety of areas of law throughout California. Ms. Tidd began her legal career by being involved in nearly every aspect of bankruptcy practice. As a Managing Attorney at one of the nation’s largest consumer bankruptcy law firms, she has represented thousands of debtors in all aspects of their bankruptcies. Ms. Tidd continued her legal career at a national law firm focusing on real estate, business and financial services litigation on behalf of banks, mortgage lenders, loan servicers, trustees, and REO management companies. She has experience in both State and Federal Court and is admitted to practice in the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Central Districts of California.
Ms. Tidd is originally from Long Island, New York. Ms. Tidd attended Boston College and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in 2005, double majoring in Political Science and Sociology. She then moved to San Diego and attended California Western School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctor degree in 2008. During law school, Ms. Tidd earned membership to the Moot Court Honors Board, Pro Bono Honor Society and Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity. She was also President of the Middle Eastern Law Student Association and earned several American Jurisprudence and Distinguished Advocate Awards.
